Introduction

This visual novel is adapted from classical Chinese novels .This novel is very well known in China, and our general education will have students study some chapters of this novel. However, I was reading the volumes.7 of this novel with the doubt that the author depicts the ideal love in his mind in the story, but I do not agree with his description.

I think that the description of the story is very limited. I believe that love is based on the equality of both parties. In the story, The main character--Huo Huan does not respect Qing e's idea at all. His behavior restricts Qing e from pursuing her dream and exploits her with his family responsibilities.

“The novel's strange stories about marriage are all works from the 【male narrative point of view 】, in which the male protagonist acts as the narrator of the story, and the plot unfolds with his actions at the center so that the female objects depicted in the text are the object's existence.

Game goal

Story Objective: To re-enact the story of Qing'e from the perspective of the "oppression of women in feudal society".

You are a spirit that Qing E accidentally summoned out of her mind when she was practicing her immortal arts, and she explained to you that she summoned you out by mistake when she wanted to take advice from an immortal on how to escape marriage. However, every time you give her advice, it doesn't help, and all you can do is watch her slip into the abyss of fate!

Character introduction

Qing e - A woman who grew up reading books, she studied fairy magic as a child and aspired to become a fairy, thus refusing to marry.

Based on the presumed circulation of this folktale, Qing'e was in an era around the 14th-16th centuries. I have made reference to the costumes of the time as well as the images of fairies in Chinese folklore.

Item introduction

This is the prop Huo Huan got from the gods in the story, and it has the effect of chiseling stone. There is no word in English to compare this prop, which in the story means chisel. I checked relevant papers and found that it was originally an ancient Chinese medical prop, and doctors were inspired by ancient farm tools and a kind of hair accessories for women, and invented a medical prop similar to a fine needle. Ancient Chinese medicine liked to study the “jingluo” of the human body, and doctors used medical props like thin needles to adjust the nervous system of the human body.

Medically this item is a pin for treating nerves, and there is also folklore that this item is a hairpin for girls. In the original it is a chisel. I combined all the images to design this item.
